Gallery Rental

The Weatherburn Gallery is an ideal location for those seeking a private, upscale venue in an unusual setting.

We have frequently entertained corporate executives from all over North America who enjoy hosting an event surrounded by international art in a Mediterranean-style plaza beside the water.

The gallery can be rented for special events and private functions, ranging from intimate black-tie dinners to corporate receptions and recognition events.

Event organizers will frequently use the gallery as a reception venue and then a private room for dinner in one of the plaza's several upscale, themed restaurants a few steps away. The gallery showrooms can accommodate 300/400 guests for a pre-dinner cocktail party; more than 100 guests for cinema-style, sit-down presentations, or as many as 60 guests for a full-scale catered dinner party.

The gallery owner or the Executive Director offer to speak to guests about the Naples art scene and can provide a brief overview of the gallery.

The entire gallery lighting system is on a number of separate dimmers, allowing the lights to be raised or lowered to as dim as candlelight.

Musicians, such as pianists, violinists and harpists can be arranged through the gallery as well as other entertainment.

At the rear of the gallery are offices, a large bathroom and kitchen with a separate rear entrance that can be used by caterers.

The entire gallery is fully accessible to the physically challenged. Tour buses can unload directly outside the gallery and park a short distance away. There is parking for more than 150 cars as well as valet parking available.
